Everything is going well

Tuesday, July 09, 2013

Everything is going really well, eating very healthy (I think), exercising, drinking lots and lots of water. Still lots of swelling in my legs and ankles, hoping it is the weather. Have a few factors going on right now that could be contributing to the swelling so I will hang in there strong and see if they start to reduce before I start to worry. This is a something that runs in our family, all those on my mom's side of the family including both my brothers (neither which are over-weight) have this swelling. I have had it worse in the past but was able to get it under control....guess I am being inpatient right now. My weigh in day will be Friday, getting very anxious to get on the scale and hopefully see a number smaller than when I started.

Hang in there Kelly! I know you CAN do it! Make certain you're cutting back on sodium with your food choices. And if the swelling continues, please follow up w/your doctor, without delay. Sending skinny vibes for your weigh in on Friday!!! You've got this girl!!!

I find my feet and knees swell in hot weather too - keep them elevated when you can!
