Tracking and need to up my protein sources

I dislike most meat and dairy products. I noticed that I am not taking in a lot of protein. Eggs for breakfast? Cottage cheese? Greek yogurt? Suggestions?

    Try Muscle Milk or another protein drink. They taste good and have up 25 to 30 grams of protein per serving. All of your ideas above are good. My daughter is a vegetarian and eats lots of Boca and Morning Star products. Leafy greens, beans and nuts are all good alternatives. Good luck.
