I ate this cold with grilled pineapple. Delicious once again!
4 Everyday Strawberry slaw with jicama and sweet cherries.
(again I doctored up the leftover slaw from July 4. Nice combination!)

Dessert: banana, cocoa, peanut butter

I might try something with shredded jicama next. I wonder if I need to peel it. That part wasn't easy!!
