I ate this cold with grilled pineapple. Delicious once again!
4 Everyday Strawberry slaw with jicama and sweet cherries.
(again I doctored up the leftover slaw from July 4. Nice combination!)

9 D. Quickpea Quasi Quiche Quasserole
Blueberries
Dessert: banana, cocoa, peanut butter

Calories: 1260, Fiber 50

I might try something with shredded jicama next. I wonder if I need to peel it. That part wasn't easy!!

    boy aren't the jicama a big pain to peel.

I just peel with a knive a small section.

My jicama doesn't seem to last along time

    Yes BRAVELUTE, you definitely have to peel it. The jicama peel is toxic. I cut the ends first. Then, I cut in half, and peel with a knife. I use it in stir fries, instead of water chestnuts. emoticon

    Mmmm! Your Kreamed Kale looks deelish! I even like it raw, as a salad ingredient (I chiffonade it fine). You've got some good stuff here!
