This weeks challenge will be fitness. Fitness for me now is a routine of walking , wii fit training in aerobics, and 5-6 sets of arm exercises. Sometimes when outside interference seems more overwhelming then my desire to complete my fitness routine than I have a challenge. The challenge could be overcoming low energy, illness, busy schedule. Whatever form the challenge appears my attitude is do whatever needs to be done to get some exercise in to my day even if its just five minutes. My spark friend Faith91 taught me that lesson . Faith91, through her web site, encouraged me to do 5 minutes. That 5 minutes blossomed into 10 mins and 796 steps. Take one step u never know where it will end.
