Action Plan

I did not get to these actions yesterday -t the plates, and the hurricane shutters. The bike tyre needs a tube. So, it's a partial. But I ate within calorie range emoticon . At 8p I was tempted and said to myself, if you go to sleep now you'll stay within calorie range. I did it (bed was actually at 11p). Went for my workout yesterday (r/w) - did 'intervals'. The new music helped pump me up. I felt really stiff. My workout was more focused. I set my watch timer to complete the lap in different times, each lap was like 10 secs faster. I completed each lap with time to spare - which means I had the timing off - anyway, it was my 1st effort, will get time right next time.

A colleague brought me some cake and I regifted it.

Today:
1. plates
2. hurricane shutters
3. Get tube for tyre
4. do weights and go to aerobics class
5. stay within calorie range.
