And not a moment too soon. I could eat like I ate in Phase One pretty much forever, but here's where it starts to get tricky. No-kidding vegan, mostly raw diet. I'm already missing cheese pretty bad and I'm getting a little tired of fruit every morning. Can't wait til I can have my morning smoothie again (this time with vanilla Shakeo. I can't wait to have dessert for breakfast!)
I got a heart rate monitor in the mail today. I'm interested in playing with it and seeing where I usually work out. (And some actual calorie burns, too, not the machine estimates.) Only 7 days left until I can eat normally and hit the gym again!
(All that said, I still feel great, and my weight is still slowly falling off. I still love the reset, I just want some cheese!)
