Whew, what a workout! Jillian is wonderfully challenging! Well I tried my best. Got most of the moves in the workout done. My arms are going to bust from all of those push-ups!!! would like to do some more bicycle crunches today... my abs could really use the extra effort! I just do not want to ever do it. I already feel like I am going to vomit. ( I think it is because I am on 2 new (but only temporary) medicines for a few days) Or I could have just plain "overdone" it.
My mom told me a little trick she heard years ago from her old doctor. When it feels like your heart is going to leap out of your chest, push and grunt like you are going to have a bowel movement and it will bring your rate down some or whatever it does to help.... do you think that really works?
I will post on the fitness message board too, to see what the experts have to say if they do. For those of you whom may be interested in hearing their reply. Good Day to ya'll
