So my total weight loss in about a month is 5 pounds. I'm currently 127 pounds. Ideally, I would like to be 115 pounds...but I would be content at 120 pounds. I've decided to switch up my workouts lately and I've been playing Just Dance 3 on my wii. (I own Just Dance 1, 2, and 3...no shame lol) I recommend it for those of you who are getting bored with your basic cardio workouts. Playing it makes me try really hard because I want to get those "perfects" on each dance move. It's also motivating to beat your high score each time. For those of your who have never played, you really do break a sweat. It's not as easy as it looks lol. I've been kicking ass at it these past 3 days though haha. I also found a killer Victoria's Secret ab workout. I tried it for the first time today and I thought I was going to pass out lol...it really was so hard. Gonna try to do that short workout video 5 days a week. How is everyone else progressing?
