I don't think I have insomnia per say. More like some nights I have a good book I want to finish or a anime or Korean drama I want to watch and I end up staying up all night. Then again some nights I just can't sleep no matter what or I keep waking up.
Last night I didn't fall asleep until 5:30am (and I had to get up at 7am). Definitely not good as it led to me heading back to sleep around 9:30 and not getting back up till 2pm. So no healthy breakfast. In fact this normally derails my schedule so much that I end up not eating much of anything all day. 500 cals for one day can't be good but the thought of eating anything doesn't really sound appealing. So here is to a week of fixing my sleep pattern.
On a happier note did some gardening today. Was quite nice and now I have two more rows of plants in my front garden. All container of course. We shall see how they all do with the high heat of summer. Hopefully watering twice a day should help.
