Having a few days off last week and into this past weekend, was an excuse for me not to track my food. I was running around, and wasn't home. I didn't have the time to log in and track. Excuse after excuse I gave and after a day, I didn't even think about tracking my food. I believe I ate relatively well except for 1 or 2 days. It is what it is, and I can't go back and change it. However, I made it to the gym for the last 5 days. I even started a couch to 5k type program in order to get myself back into running. It felt great to get back into running. I did have some pain in my leg with the switching from running and walking. I've been making sure to wear my compression sleeves at the gym, but I noticed that my leg is swollen. So I think I need to rest tomorrow and get back out there on Wednesday.
Even if I gave excuses and not tracked my food, I'm still proud of getting myself out there and getting back into the swing of exercise..:)
