Thank you to everyone who encouraged me on my last two blog entries.

I just got home from a very successful night at the gym. I kicked butt, and though I felt and saw the stares of the slim and trim, I just kept right on going, working that much harder.

It sucks to be judged, yes, but I don't have time for the naysayers. I'm not there for them. I'm there for me, my husband, and my future children.

My husband is the absolute BEST workout partner! He plans our strength training and cardio out, writes them down on a piece of paper, and guides me through the whole process while we're at the gym. I love it, because he's like a kind personal trainer -- he doesn't bark at me for feeling weak, but encourages me with praise and enthusiasm. It's wonderful!

If I can just keep my eyes on the prize and stop assuming how others feel, I will be well on my way to success in no time.

    I am so happy for you! When I started exercising, I culd barely walk two miles. I ran for a mile and a half today and walked another two. We just keep plugging along and at some point we can plug a little faster.
