Today was really good. I did 30 minutes of exercise and met my water intake goal. I also didn't take a... wait, I lied. I was going to say I didn't nap all day but I did. I just didn't take an extremely long nap like usually. Instead, I took a shorter one hour nap. I woke up, grabbed a shower and felt really refreshed.
I don't know what to attribute this good day to though. I'm sure it is a combination of things. My main takeaway from today is that I'm only 2 days into the week and I'm half way to the 90 minute exercise goal. It feels easy so far but I keep waiting for the ball to drop. I'm excited though.
