2 Week Diary for 10,000 Step a Day Challenge

I didn't even have to go out of my way to try today. The dog got out twice. My adult children were home from out of town and wanted a variety of things and by the end of the day I looked down at my pedometer and I was quite a ways past 10,000. This was an easy way to start. We'll what tomorrow brings.

    I should have used mine when my company was in for 13 days. I bet it would have been 20,000 daily. Ha!

    Good for you ... hope the rest of your 2 weeks is just as easy!!! I know that we have days that we struggle to meet our goals ... it always amazes me how other days can be so easy!
