Day 15 of Spark Solution
Breakfast: Quick Granola with banana and milk
Exercise: 30 minutes walking up and down the big hill by the soccer field, about 65* incline
60 minutes walking around the school parking lot on the grass for uneven footing
35 minutes of B.L. Walks with dumbbells and medicine ball
30 minutes random dancing
Lunch: Mexican Pizza
Exercise: 105 minutes walking indoors around gym
Dinner: Bad experiment. I wanted to try to use up some of the leftover stuff on hand before it went bad. I made a bit of guacamole and mixed it with tuna and wrapped it in a tortilla with some romaine lettuce with a side salad of spinach with balsamic vinaigrette. I would NOT recommend it. It did make all of my numbers come out right nutritionally, but thatís about all I can say for it. Unlike some of the other recipes Iíve eaten lately, it had LOTS of flavor, just not particularly enjoyable ones. Donít know if you donít try.
Exercise: Evening mile walk around the neighborhood with hubby.
Snack: Small ice cream cone of lite chocolate almond
