New week - down 5 lbs with all hard work this past week....

Tried Topsbear's turnip, daikon, carrot salad today, forgot what she called it... now I have another way to use daikon...

Breakfast - cottage cheese, blueberries, strawberries
Lunch - cool chick salad, abov salad, plum, cherries
Snack - homemade chicken vegie soup
Supper - tilapia, greek salad
Snack - greek yogurt, SF green tea

Temperature was very pleasant today, 22C.... Buddy and I walked for 2 laps, but I guess it was the high humidity that tired me out, surely it couldn't just be taking yesterday off...SP does say to take 1 or 2 days off a week...

    daikon, carrot and turnip salad is a japanese salad and I believe servedd with most meals it is called Namasu emoticon

Very inspiring to read! I have to say I don't think I would walk a dog and do exercises with water bottles at the same time...I probably don't have the co ordinations to walk and do arm exercises at the same time lol

WE had a downpour drop our temperature from 86 to 72..felt so good(Fahrenheit of course)

  You proably got tired from the humidity it sometimes bothers me. Don't feel bad about that be proud that you went out and walked. I think that was very awesome you could have not done anything and stayed inside.
