Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge, Week 4

I only blogged once last week because I didn't have anything new or substantive to blog about and I feel this week may be the same. I haven't craved sweets for several days. Instead I'm going back and forth between not being hungry and craving fast food. Yesterday I didn't want breakfast, made myself eat a light lunch, and then wanted a hamburger for dinner. Right now chocolate doesn't even sound good to me. It's no good trying to retrain my sweet tooth when it's behaving itself. I'd like to think I've succeeded in taming it, but that's just too much to hope for.

    I, too, find that the more I eat sugar, the more I crave sugar.
    I am much more in control of everything when I control my sugar intake.

    Taming the sweet tooth is a great way to succeed with a weight loss program.
