~ lose those 2 lbs. I'll shoot for 3 lbs by the end of this month.
~~ I STARTED June at 131 lbs. I ENDED June at 129. So,
~ continue on with AthLeanXX
~~ Well, sortta. I got half thru and changed to Chris Freytag's 10LB XTreme SlimDown. I like it but I have no illusions that I will lose 10 lbs in 28 days.
~ re-start P1 on the South Beach.
~~ yep. Still doing it.
GOALS FOR JULY
1) I need to increase my veggie intake. I've been eating way too many fruits and not enough veggies!
2) clean this house 1 room at a time and then MAINTAIN it!
5 days a week, at least 40 minutes a day,
4 days a week.
4) lose at least 3 lbs this month
5) STAY ACTIVE!
