A & I W1 Daisies--June Re-Cap, July Goals

~ lose those 2 lbs. I'll shoot for 3 lbs by the end of this month.
~~ I STARTED June at 131 lbs. I ENDED June at 129. So, emoticon on that!

~ continue on with AthLeanXX
~~ Well, sortta. I got half thru and changed to Chris Freytag's 10LB XTreme SlimDown. I like it but I have no illusions that I will lose 10 lbs in 28 days.

~ re-start P1 on the South Beach.
~~ yep. Still doing it.


1) I need to increase my veggie intake. I've been eating way too many fruits and not enough veggies!

2) clean this house 1 room at a time and then MAINTAIN it!

3) emoticon 5 days a week, at least 40 minutes a day, emoticon 4 days a week.

4) lose at least 3 lbs this month

    Great goals for July!!! Starting to clear, oh I mean clean, out my house of clutter and things we just don't need anymore. Simple living in food and style is what I think we are both shooting for! Half way through July, so stepping it up to reach goals!!!

    emoticon goals. I should include the cleaning the house to my goals, but I have at least been doing better than I was before hubby got sick so that is progress! I need to increase my veggie intake too. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Count me in... I am back at my "maintenance weight" but I would really like to break that last 3lbs too...
Veggies and exercise are a great plan!
