Taking baby steps

So, I will say I lose track of days and forget to work out, but the moment I realise that i haven't I do it. I have not started restricting calories yet but am tracking what i eat and find myself slowly eating less and less each day. I am proud of the progress I have made thus far. I love myself, and I love trying to change my bad habits!
