Another leg of my journey

Monday, July 08, 2013

Hi All,

Well, I go to the surgeon on Tuesday. I will have a surgery date this time tomorrow .

I am at peace and I know this is not a easy way out. This can be the road less travel.

I pray God will continue to direct me to where he wants me.

This has been a very interesting summer it has been about me. I am still learning things about me.

I do eat to not feel I just don't know why. I go to therapy once a week and to the psychic Dr one a month.

I know when I have the Gastric bypass I am going to need all the help I can.

A friend invited me to a bible base 12 step meeting, I am looking forward to going and see what is in store for me.

My food choices are not anything I would brag about. I am looking forward to making a commitment to myself to continue to take care of me.

Have a great week all!!!

This is an awesome journey, and good for you for really getting into your whys. Why do I eat to much, why do I want to be thin, etc.
The self examining is the hardest part.
Hang in there!
