Today I went back to work after 5 days of vacation. Boy was that a shock to my system.
I didn't plan well for today and paid the price.
I brought a healthy breakfast and lunch but didn't bring enough healthy snacks and got really hungry and made a bad choice.
On a bright note, I had an awesome workout with my trainer today.
1 minute- 45 seconds-30 seconds
There are two exercises per set and you rotate through them first doing each for 1 minute, then 45 seconds, then 30 seconds.
The sets were:
Squats to forward jab (10lbs & 8lbs -last 2 sets)
Plank on ball
Holding 15lb weighted bar: Deadlift and then squats
Side squats to knee lift and overhead press with kettlebell
Medicine ball slams
My shoulders were burning when I finished. They were a bit sore from my home workout yesterday so this just killed them.
My goal for tomorrow: Plan all my food and stick to it!
