UGH...Pulled back muscle

Massage therapist said, worst knots she has seen, and that it was cumulative, I'm really good about stretching after weights, but not cardio...lesson learned. Have 2 more appointments this week, laying off the weights, light cardio and tons of stretching! emoticon emoticon
