I did the 5-Week Summer Challenge and when it ended I was so glad to see Jessica Smith started a weekly class schedule.
For anyone interested in a daily workout (mix of cardio, strength, flexibility) Jessica Smith is doing a weekly class schedule.
This week is MONDAY - Flat Abs Walk (40 Minutes)
TUESDAY - Kick Butt Kickbox (35 Minutes)
WEDNESDAY - *NEW* High Step Metabolic Conditioning (40 Minutes) THURSDAY - Flow Yo (30 minutes)
FRIDAY - Single Sided Strength (20 Minutes)
SATURDAY - *NEW* Cardio Ballet (30 Minutes) + Lower Body Barre (14 Minutes) *Cardio Ballet will air on Sat 7/13 at 12pm EST and won't appear in the playlist until then*
SUNDAY - Rest Day (enjoy some fun activity today!)
