Not good, but not horrible lol
I didn't stick to the plan, track my food, or exercise....however, I didn't binge, wasn't excessively eating sugar, and I didn't stress. I learned some lessons but I'm not beating myself up either.
I came home and weighed myself - up about two lbs. Not bad!
We came home yesterday and I didn't track my food, didnt exercise. I worked out today and will do my best with tracking my food tonight. I feel that not stressing is allowing myself to enjoy my new habits, which is making it my preferred, enjoyed lifestyle....which feels weird, but good.
Back to "real life" tomorrow - which is good! I love my life :))) this week I am looking forward to trying out some simple healthy recipes - green smoothies and no-bake energy bites! I'll be trying kale and chia seeds for the first time, which is cool.
