Scales still broken

I tried to mend the scales this morning but no good, so I shall go another week before I weigh myself. I feel very healthy and full of well being and I do think its because I am eating well. Lots of salads, fruit and fish, also wholemeal bread. I am drinking lots of water and green tea, which I love, and I have cut back on coffee, except in the morning when I have one cup.

Nothing else to report. I listened to a lovely play on the radio and exercised watching the Tour de France. I don't watch much television and I find I can't watch a film all the way through, it can take me weeks to get to the end. But I love just listening to drama and books on the radio.

Grandchildren came over and played in garden.

    Good that the scales are broken! It makes you focus on the real things that matter instead of on a number. You'll be happier without them, an inchtape and the fit of your clothes will tell you much more.

    Sometimes these things happen for a reason... sounds like you're focusing on great healthy food and taking care of you. No need to get caught up in the numbers right now.

    And I'm with you on a love of audio drama. I listen to audiobooks regularly and the occasional old radio drama too.
