I've finally figured out how not to have junk food around the house.
1. Have no money for junk food.
2. Buy more healthy food, and munch out on that
3. Thereby have no money for junk food.
4. Eat all your junk food in the Cyber Cafe
5. Have no money for junk food.
I know a little overkill on the have no money. But it is true. If you don't have the money to buy it, you can't get it. I'm in a poor couple of next weeks. I'm not going to starve or loose my house by any means, but I'm just not going to be able to buy the junk food, and coffee that I've normally been getting. You know how that is, $5.00 here and there for chips and ice crream, $2.00 for muffins or donuts. I have all kinds of fruits and veggies at home so I'll be fine.
Got all my goals done yestarday. I stayed within my calorie range because of the lack of junk food. Took the day off from exercise.
My goals for Tuesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 minutes of cardio/ swimming
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
