I have stayed in calorie range. That's the extent of what I can physically do today. Hubby hurt himself last night (lifting of course). I got maybe 2 hours of sleep all night. I have to graduate a dog tonight so I can't go to bed too early. I'm not certain I have the strength to walk the girls, but we'll see how I feel when I get home.

No lunch walk today, we had some nasty thunder storms today.

    One day at a time. Get some rest. Your body and mind are on over-drive hyper-alert. This is life and you will have times like this. They don't last forever. Hang in there.

    I am ready for the rain and storms to go away and see a significant amount of sunshine again! I believe my mood has suffered due to crappy weather.

    Ugh! Why are men so darned bull headed at times?! I'm sure if he wasn't in pain you'd love to give him a swift kick in the arse! I'm glad you stayed in calorie range though! I am sorry to hear DH has hurt himself .. also that you didn't get much sleep .

    Good for you with calories! Sorry about Hubby and your lack of sleep. We didn't sleep last night either due to Sassy's tummy troubles. I've been a zombie all day. Here's to better rest tonight!

    oh dear. staying in range is a good thing. i think you're a few miles ahead on your fitness range, however . .. . . so a short paws (pause) won't hurt you any . . . . . especially with the heel healing.

Hope you can find 10 minutes to take a mini-vacation . . . . take a cup of calming tea to a spot where you can look at something peaceful, and just breathe.

Remember, you are so important to us, and we want you healthy again too.

    Well that's great you stayed within calorie range.
Ugh, I'm sorry he lifted and got hurt. That's awful you only got two hours of sleep.
Nothing slows down when these things happen...guess maybe the adrenaline of it all will help you through.
If you do walk the girls I hope you put that down for exercise on the fitness tracker.
I do hope you can get a good night's sleep tonight.
