Stressed and Unimpressed

With college, a second job search, and piling bills it's not a wonder that I am stressed. Even summers have become a time for the unnecessary stresses and I am actively searching easy as well as long term fixes. The easiest, and possibly most stressful 'de-stressor' is comfort food. During finals or exams I have a tendency to turn straight to the sugary goodness or even carby greatness of all the foods I shouldn't eat. With multiple food allergies (it's a shorter list to tell you what I'm not allergic to or intolerant of), I end up taking in a random array of items laced with possible risk.

I love sports, but get stressed if I let a teammate down or don't play very well.

Overall, I have a harder time getting motivated to do things that can potentially lighten my stress load because when I make it home after a relatively long day all I want to do is sleep.

I definitely need a hand in the stress department because I know it is affecting my family and friends when they are the main ones trying to make sure I stay stress free.

  I have learned that no matter how much I stress over things it isn't going to change it so have learned to accept it. Take some deep breaths and let it all go. Try to get motivated at the beginning of the day instead of after your long day.
