Here we are again - at another Monday. *sigh*
I ate less than normal over the last 5 days... until Sunday. It was DH's birthday, which means he chose our menu... Pastalaya (LOTS of butter)... then Cheesecake for dessert. Yum - but I ate more than I needed. Anyway, today, I'm up a bit, but nothing insane.
I didn't do any formal exercise last week, but I did get in my 7K steps most days... even made 10K one day
So, today is another Monday and another chance to get back on track. I've noticed (over the last week or so) that I am getting those kind of wiggly tricep areas on my arms... do NOT like that at all!
this week I will:
* do pushups every day (25 minimum)... may as well throw in 30 crunches with that - since I'll be on the floor already.
* eat 5 fruits/veggies each day.
* Play with the kids each day (even if it is Princesses for the 9 millionth time! lol).
I will plan to also add in exercise - though with soccer 3 days a week, and karate 1... the nights have been getting pretty full. I will plan to at least walk around the soccer field while the kids are practicing... or something
