Today I start "Day 1" again of eating healthier and working out. This time, however, I feel like it's going to be different! I think what has always been troubling to me is that I get my mind set over all of the work it's going to take to reach my goals, and I tend to take on too much at once. What I need to do is take things one day at a time and really focus on small accomplishments instead of stressing out over every little misstep.
My goal for tonight is to workout and then go to the grocery store for some essentials to start getting on the right track.
