Hi All!

I have taken some time off from fitness and boy has it shown. One of my good friends recently got married and she tried the 12 week LiveFit program. She told me how intense it was but on her wedding day she looked absolutely amazing!

I figured what better time than now to begin this journey. I loved reading other people's blogs on their journey so I thought I would start one. Not only for other people to see what it is like but also to hold myself accountable. I encourage comments so I know people are reading.

About me: 23, recently moved to North Carolina from Rhode Island (helloooo southern food!) and have about 30-40 lbs to lose. Had lost some weight on SP but gained about ten pounds back. Excited to start this program.

What to expect: The first week I will be writing regularly, from there I may move to weekly posts depending on my need to vent haha. I plan to stick to the eating plan and exercise plan to the best of my abilities but do plan to have one cheat meal a week to keep my sanity. I also plan to provide pictures through each of the phases!
