First day/week of joining SP.

I am encouraged by the blogs I have read so far from others. I am excited to begin making changes and seeing changes in myself. Am grateful for any assist I can get from those that are also trying to reach goals.

    Welcome!! SP is awesome - so full of support, info, trackers - but it can also be overwhelming! My advice is to use the Sparkpoints page as a guide. I try to get at least 50 points a day by logging my activites, reading, receiving emails, commenting on blogs, blogging on my own Blog, sooo. much to do here on SP!

    Welcome. You will find a lot of support here. I wish you luck on your journey! There are also some challenges you can join. They are not competitions, just really challenging yourself and checking in with the group and getting support. I am part of one that just started to lose 13 lbs in 13 weeks.
