Ok so I am a little new to this so here it goes. I just joined this amazing site today!! I have a goal of 74 pounds I wold like to lose. I know it will take time but i am willing to work hard for this. I have a great support system of friends and family and I think that makes the difference. My sister in law is a great motivator she is a personal trainer and body competitor.
I am using the meal plan provided here and plus exercise that I will be doing!! I have a whole list of things I like to do for exercise so I will be changing it up all the time!! Alot of my friend are personal trainers so they give that extra boost when I need it it is great to have them on my team.
