Ok, I had been doing it for two weeks, and realized on Saturday, after not losing any weight, that I WAS NOT following the plan to the letter.

For starters, my portions were WAY to large.
Second, not weighing the food as per instructions.
Third, had not bought the food, but substituted foods.
Concluding, pretty much doing what I wanted to do and expecting results.
Not happening.

Starting over. You have to lose to win again.

Today is Monday, and I started with Day One, and so far so good.

My portions are smaller; but it's ok. If I want to lose and maintain a smaller frame, I have to eat like a person with that weight.

After watching how numerous people over the holiday weekend, I was sabatoging my efforts, big time. Also, the weight I am is efficient for the food I was consuming. Smaller people were not eating as much as I did.

Improved: The strengthening and exercises were on point. My arms and thighs don't jiggle, and I did not revert totally back to my old ways. Good thing.

Can't complaint, but I can do better.
