Life just seemed to get in the way.
Family and friend trials and tribulations.
Anyway - I have been maintaining the lifestyle - Just
But as for entering into Sparks - Just not.
I definitely notice the difference - It is the difference between just maintaining and actually loosing weight. Takes the edge off , calories slip , extra bit here extra handful there.
Exercise sessions get flagged, excuses creep in.
So, I have learnt that whilst the 5% challenges are good - I have to be careful around the 6 week mark. I am still about a 1.5 kilo from my first goal - too close to give up.
A new assault must begin.
At least I have been maintaining - I suppose that is a good thing.
I suppose I should have pressed the struggling alarm. Next time I will.
