Just Do IT!!

So this morning I woke up still really tired from getting to bed at 4:00 A.M. the other night and babysitting last night until 2:00 a.m. but I put on my exercise gear... popped in my workout...was hoping for 20- 25 minutes but when I looked at the time on the dvd I was suppose to do today it was 38 minutes!! Almost 18 minutes to long for me today!! but I popped it in anyways and PUSHED my self to do it!! Did JNL Fusion Ballistic Backside used 10's 15's 20's and 25's could'a should'a used heavier but I was to tired so i didn't still felt the burn but it could have been more. But I did it!! Its done and I feel good about it! Still tired but I FEEL GOOD knowing I got it done!

Now its off to get a few things done and then more night time babysitting

and you'll be glad you did!! Iwas lol

I would be careful if your tired and weights cause you sure don't want to conk your head with a weight.

Some time if I'm tiered I would use a lighter weight just cause I don't want to hurt myself, cause you can't exercise when your hurt and I'd rather exercise with lighter weights cause I'm tiered that not exercise at all
