Back on track?

I've been slacking these last few days. Oh, not with my diet, but really, with the exception of a few changes, my diet has been healthy even before I joined Spark People. I prefer to eat whole wheat products, I adore yogurt and cottage cheese and usually eat that for breakfast and I love veggies. While I can eat an unhealthy meal every so often, I don't really like fatty products or excessive sweets.
I blame my up bringing - though saying I blame it is really a lie. I was the child whose parents didn't let her eat sweets for snacks. I didn't have sweetened cereal until I was probably 10 and that was not for breakfast but for snacks and on rare occasions to boot. Unsalted and unbuttered popcorn, graham crackers, apple slices or celery with peanut butter. Those were my after school snacks. Lunchables? Ha! Rarely. PB&J sandwiches or cheese and turkey breast for lunch. Soda? Only on special occasions.
Even today, I'm far more likely to drink water or tea rather than soda.
Anyway, before I got sidetracked, my diet is actually pretty good and has only gotten better since joining Sparkpeople. So even when I slack, my diet isn't one to suffer. The only problem I had was that I had issues meeting my caloric intake - not by going over, but by going under.
I also didn't exercise at all. Today was the first time since last Wednesday. I did fifteen minutes of power yoga. If I can, I'd like to do another 15 minutes later today but I don't want to force myself, because I don't think that would be good for me.
I'm not beating myself up for slacking. That's a negative mindset. Instead, I'm going to start out small again and keep plugging at it.
