New Day

Monday, July 08, 2013

Hello all! It's been a while once again. I have been having a rough few days or week it seems like. Things are looking better though and I am still striving to do better. Yesterday I was contemplating whether or not keeping up with my diet and exercise was worth it since I had gained 5lbs but I am down one and my pants are still a bit loose so I will keep going because I can still lose the weight! ((So I tell myself haha) But I know the culprit was bad eating choices so I am going to work on what I am eating and work out a bit more since I'm slacking there as well.

On the plus side I have been following the couch to 5k program and recently jogged for 30 minutes straight without any walking and that really makes me happy because when I started the program jogging for 90 sec was really hard! My fat pants are now too big and I am giving them away so I don't go back to the comfort of loose pants :)

I also am really excited about my indoor garden! I am sprouting 3 avocado seeds and one that has been sprouting I recently planted and my basil is looking really good. It has gotten really tall and bushy and my house plants are still striving. I also just planted a wildflower variety and marigold seeds so I hope those begin to sprout soon as well. Hope everyone is doing well! emoticon

Keep up the good work! Everyday is full of many choices, don't let the few negative choices ever out weigh the positive ones!
