I had fallen off tracking for the past couple weeks. A couple of weeks ago I got sick and dealing with feeling sick, work, life...tracking just fell to the wayside. But, when I started to feel better it didn't pick back up.
But, here I am again. Back to tracking once more. I gained a couple pounds back in my non-tracking weeks which proves that tracking really does make me more accountable/aware of what I eat.
My dietitian also suggested wearing a pedometer to see if I can increase my daily steps and make goals with that to start getting back into shape. I know I've got a pedometer or two at home, somewhere; however, I appear to have stored it in that special place that is very safe (from myself). So, I need to go and get me a new one.
