Snack: 1 apple, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup greek yogurt and 1 tbs coconut oil
Lunch: Chilli lime pork with broccoli
Snack: 6 medium carrot sticks and hummus
Dinner: Ginger beef, green salad with avocado
