Well, I stuck to the plan all weekend at my parents' house and I am happy to report that My Streak of diet and exercise is still going! Today will be day 70 so long as I continue my fast until dinner time and eat my allotted 500 calories then do my lower body strength training. I am super psyched that I was able to keep it going even while I traveled. Now I have set a goal of making it to day 100! That would put me in mid August. I don't anticipate any events or visits between now and then that should throw me off.
In other news, I weighed in for five new DietBets today. All but one of them starts today and the other starts tomorrow. I need to be down to 211.5 pounds by August 6th which should be pretty easy, because according to my 1% per week chart, I should reach that weight on July 30th. Here's hoping I win the big bucks! The payouts from my June DietBets were pretty disappointing.
