Back on track

As some of you may know we have had a terrible loss in the family and needless to say my last two weeks have been pretty bad. Upon receiving the news I didn't eat, when I did it was tiny little amounts of crackers or anything. Last week I didn't make healthy choices, although I stayed under my calorie range as well. BIGGEST issue, aside from swimming and going on a 4 mile hike yesterday, I didn't work out! Honestly I can feel the fact I am not working out, I have felt so sluggish and so much more tired. Well this week its BACK ON TRACK! I bought a boxing/kickboxing set and I want to start using that (since its like 105 outside and I don't want to workout in the heat) and I will do my yoga as well. Today I will be spending the day at a water park, tomorrow and Wednesday at the pool (laps included) and I will make sure to get in a bike ride if it cools down in the evening. I am also back to making healthy choices. I haven't gained back any weight, and that's because I was still aware of what I was eating, but I am ready to see the numbers change again. Thank you so much to everyone who has cheered me on, sent me well wishes, and love. You guys are awesome and I truly feel blessed to have you in my life. It isn't easy, the journey is hard... The pain is still very real but I know Mike would want me to reach my goals so that's what is going to happen!
