I think I am doing really well in the challenge this time. I'm slacking on exercise a bit but I have not had any soda for at least 3 days. I'm drinking about 100 ounces of water a day thanks to the HUGE Kum and Go mug I got from my father-in-law. I'm going to do better on the exercise though. I took a 40 minute walk outside just now. I'm sweaty but I feel pretty good! Anyway, can't wait to see how much I lose when I reach the finish line! I've been tracking my food and exercise and writing in my weight loss journal daily.
