This weekend my family went camping with some friends. Camping is always a downfall for me. I eat whatever I want, dinner is usually cooked over grease to keep it from sticking to the pans over the fire. Chips galore. and Smores until you throw up. This weekend wasn't quite so bad, because there was a swimming hole with obstacale courses in it that we played on, and my best friend and I ran a local 5k just for the heck of it. Got home and had mcdonalds for dinner plus sat down with a bucket of ice cream and chocolate syrup and still didn't gain any weight. But I could have done better.
It's monday and I am back to the races, so here goes.
I had coffee and my 8 ounces of water for breakfast. Still haven't eaten lunch, but I am on my way to do that as soon as I hit "post". I need to grab my carrots and bring them to work so I don't get the munchies.
Tonight my husband and I have plans to go on a date to the movies, so I want to make sure there is something quick to eat before we go so I don't binge on popcorn. I do plan on having popcorn, but I don't want to over do it.
I am very optimistic today about my goals. I want to look more into the requirements for participating in a Ms. Fitness competition and from there I will develop a plan. Regardless, I know I have about 30 pounds to lose so I betta get on it!
