Happy Monday all, hope you had a wonderful weekend!
I peeked at the scale this morning and was sad to see it up a little- but rightly so! I had chips twice this weekend---- which is totally my "no! I can't have these in the house" food.
But, after some bad snack choices these past few days, I'm still at it. Tracked everything too- which means it wasn't that bad of a weekend.
Goal today is a Turbo Jam workout in the evening and to not snack after 8:30.
Enjoying a nice italian soda right now- is it really 0 cals? I got the sugar free syrup and then just club soda- so according to the tracker, 0 cals. Not too shabby! I checked the Torani website (where the syrup is from) and yup, 0 cals. Kind of a nice treat on a warm day.
Still not sure what to have for lunch today- which is fast approaching. Maybe some salad and a tuna sandwich since I have all the fixums at home.
