First workout done and I feel like s**t. It was a beginner one too, oh the shame. I know I'm obese and out of shape but really?!
I did a Sparkpeople bodyweight strength routine, just seven different movements and I feel destroyed. I did it though. I grit my teeth and got her done. My legs probably aren't going to work later today or tomorrow.
Breakfast was interesting. Because I'm eating paleo and loathe eggs I'm very limited to what I can eat, so I chose a recipe from one of my paleo cookbooks. It was very simple, a poached salmon filet with sauteed tomato and 1/2 grapefruit. I actually really enjoyed it.
The house is a bombsite so I'm going to take my sore little butt off to do some chores then I have some of my Beth Moore study that our women's bible group is working on.
Dear Lord, please give me the strength to get through these first few weeks, 'cause I know it's going to be tough!

-the food temptations
-the lack of motivation
