Day 6 of Whole Foods

I'm on day 6 of eating whole foods. No grains, nothing processed, no sugars. I had three weeks of "pretraining". So far so good! I'm learning to listen to my stomach, when it hurts, I know I ate something that I shouldn't have. Eggs and tomatoes are out of my food plan for now, I've stressed my body for so many years. Being obese, hypothyroid, HBP, no gall bladder. . . has put stress on my body and now I need to eat the foods to settle my gut.

Have I noticed extra energy? Nope. I do notice that I don't feel as tired as I used to feel.

    Good for you! I completed the Whole30 back in December...then went back to other eating plans. Still trying to find the right combination; like you, I think I am a work in progress. The "one-plan-fits-all" isn't going to work for me; I am going to have to eliminate certain foods within the plans.

Keep up the great work you are doing!

    Was doing it...stopped...feel lousy...going back on.
