Today is Monday. You know how we ALL love to start stuff on Monday, like its magic. Well let's see what I have up my sleeve!

I am not recommitting, resetting or getting back to it. I am just continuing on this lifelong journey/battle for health.

Basically, I am going to knock it off. All those little justifications, excuses, reasons, bites, drinks, lazines... all the stuff that has been getting in my way.

I am going to weigh in on Mondays and Thursdays for now. Today, I am at 259.2 (lowest weight was 221 and highest was 308).

I have planned all my meals this week and put it in my tracker for the day already.

I will eat under 1400 calories all week.

I will complete 2 workout videos plus walk my dog each night this week. I am going to add stretching each morning because I'm stiff and sore.

I wrote down all the reasons I want to lose weight. I feel like I had lost my way, my goals and my reasons. I have that back in place now.

Drink a glass of water between meals.

Limit aspartame and eventually eliminate it.

Take an alcohol break.

So nothing earth shattering, just reorganizng my priorities and doing what I know works.

Here i go....

You know, we are all individuals. And you are more individual than most people.

You know all the stuff that messes you up (so do I). You know you feel better in the long run when you avoid that stuff (so do I). You know you feel better when you move your body (so do I).

    So let's do it!

Great plan. You are closer to your lowest weight than your highest weight, which is great!
I too have had some issues with the healthy eating, weight chart looks like the Rocky Mountains! Having a plan is the best way to move in the right direction!

You've got this! execute the plan and I look forward to hearing about your success!

Excellent plan. I'm back to logging everything I eat, not eating out etc. Now I have to get back to regular exercise. I'm ready to tag along with you as we get back into the routine of staying healthy.

Oh, honey, SUCH a good sensible plan of action. There is nothing on here that you cannot do, nothing here that is ridiculously hard. Plus, each action will prompt you to take another. Taking a break from alcohol will immediately show benefits. Stretching in the morning (I stretch, in bed, before my feet ever hit the floor) will get you started on a good path and get your body ready to tackle the challenges of the day. Drinking more water will make you feel more energetic so you will be more inclined to walk your darling dog. Lots of good stuff in this plan, Miss Jan. emoticon

I need to do the same - make a plan, write it down, and follow it. Great example.
