Today is Monday. You know how we ALL love to start stuff on Monday, like its magic. Well let's see what I have up my sleeve!
I am not recommitting, resetting or getting back to it. I am just continuing on this lifelong journey/battle for health.
Basically, I am going to knock it off. All those little justifications, excuses, reasons, bites, drinks, lazines... all the stuff that has been getting in my way.
I am going to weigh in on Mondays and Thursdays for now. Today, I am at 259.2 (lowest weight was 221 and highest was 308).
I have planned all my meals this week and put it in my tracker for the day already.
I will eat under 1400 calories all week.
I will complete 2 workout videos plus walk my dog each night this week. I am going to add stretching each morning because I'm stiff and sore.
I wrote down all the reasons I want to lose weight. I feel like I had lost my way, my goals and my reasons. I have that back in place now.
Drink a glass of water between meals.
Limit aspartame and eventually eliminate it.
Take an alcohol break.
So nothing earth shattering, just reorganizng my priorities and doing what I know works.
