Day 2

Well, I have to say, I am pretty proud of myself. I got up and forced myself to make the breakfast I had planned out yesterday. Im happy I did, its not bad!

Yesterday I ended up drinking only 1 pepsi and 6 glasses of water. Today my goal is to get to that magic number, 8! I realize that you are supposed to drink half your weight in water, but for just starting, I thought 6 was pretty good!

Lets see... as for my exercise.. I think I will do some zumba on the wii and a little bit of wii fit. I also plan on walking again tonight if the weather cooperates.

Those are my goals for today. I will update tonight on how it goes!
