Ok, I have struggled for about 5 minutes whether or not to post this. And I decided I am posting.
After trying and trying to get below 250 and failing and failing. I have finally gotten to 249.5. As silly as it sounds I am so darn happy.
I recently started doing crunches, reverse crunches and several other exercises that I add to. I am up to 151 of each and have been successful for the last 3 days in completing these the first thing in the morning.
Feeling great and am so darn happy that I am seeing a difference in the lbs. even that small. :)
