doesn't matter how many times you fall off, as long as you keep getting back on.
in dealing with doctors and trying to find out why I'm having certain problems, I'm back on SparkPeople again to try and address some of my nutritional deficiencies.
documenting things in the food tracker lets me see just how much of a carb addict I am, and how I'm not getting enough protein.
now to figure out how to address those gaps.
